Hard-Working, Again! (The Stars Are Not So Distant)

Working off of the imagery from a series of Photoshop-based collages, this short animation depicts an invasion and a defense, but meditates more seriously on the celestial sphere, our history of navigation, and how American imagination and concepts of Manifest Destiny (still at work) have played into both of those concepts (...with a little Monty Python thrown in for taste).
